The biggest truth is that we are all part of one giant story, like many drops of water in one big ocean. You are never truly out of the group because the whole world is your group. Loneliness is the universe forgetting it is the universe.

SIGHT: The horizon where earth meets sky: the sight of the boundary that is not a boundary — the line where ground and atmosphere appear to divide but actually continue into each other.

BODY: Peace in your whole body knowing you belong right here right now: the body releasing its final brace — every muscle, every organ, every cell settling into the recognition that there is nowhere else to be.
