Divination & Stochastic Modeling

Divination is like a very old game where people use things like cards, stars, or even tea leaves to try and peek at the next page of the story. Today, scientists use supercomputers to do the same thing by looking at data and trends. Both are trying to find the pattern of what is coming next. While no one can see everything, learning to look for signs is like having a weather report for your life. It helps you bring an umbrella if it is going to rain, or your sunglasses if it is going to be bright!

The tarot reader and the data scientist are doing the same thing: looking for the pattern in the noise. One uses cards. One uses code. Both are reading the weather.

Divination is active set thresholding of the subconscious. Using a randomized operator (Tarot, I-Ching), the practitioner bypasses ego noise. Mathematically akin to Monte Carlo simulations: running thousands of possible futures to find the most reliable path. The already-written story is the path of highest probability. Understanding this allows alignment with the most coherent version of destiny.

SOUND: The shuffle-shuffle of a deck of cards being mixed.

SMELL: Sharp, clean ozone before a lightning storm.

TASTE: The bitterness of tea leaves at the bottom of a cup.

TOUCH: The smooth surface of a polished crystal ball or a lucky coin.

SIGHT: A murmuration of birds changing shape in the sky.

BODY: That gut feeling that tells you to turn left instead of right.

Music: All By Myself by Eric Carmen
