Water makes sure every part of you gets exactly what it needs to stay alive.

You are a container for a miracle. Everything you need is already flowing through you. You are 60% water. That means you are 60% universal solvent. You are 60% the thing that dissolves every problem.

Water's polarity forms hydration shells around ions and polar molecules, shielding charges and maintaining solution. Essential for biochemical reactions, facilitating transport of substrates and enzymes. The hydrophobic effect — non-polar molecules aggregating in water — is the primary driving force behind protein folding and cell membrane formation. Water is not passive background but active participant in structural organization of life.
