Self-Actualization

Imagine you are a tiny seed with a giant map inside that shows how to become a beautiful tree. Being alive is about following that map and growing as tall and strong as you can. You use your special talents to do things that make you feel proud and happy. When you try your best at something you love, you are blooming. You do not have to be like anyone else; you just have to be the best version of you.

You already have the map. The seed does not study how to be a tree. It just grows. Stop planning. Start blooming.

Self-actualization is the highest level of psychological development: personal potential fully realized. A shift from deficiency-motivated to growth-motivated behaviors focusing on truth, beauty, and autonomy. Connects to the teleological view of biology and epistemological becoming as constant discovery.
