The Vesica Piscis (The Doorway)

The Vesica Piscis is the shape made when two circles overlap perfectly in the middle. It looks like a leaf or a human eye. This shape represents the moment when two different things come together to make something new — like a mom and a dad making a baby, or a thought becoming an action. It is the doorway of creation. It tells us that when we share and connect, we create magic.

And hidden in that simple shape is the square root of two, the square root of three, and the square root of five — the mathematical foundations of all geometric proportion. From this one shape, every ratio needed to build reality can be derived. This is why the ancients called it the womb of the universe. Not as poetry. As mathematics. Every act of creation follows this pattern. Two things that were separate overlap. In the overlap, something new is born. Sperm and egg. Question and answer. Thesis and antithesis. Inhale and exhale. The Vesica Piscis is the geometry of meeting. And meeting is the geometry of creation. Nothing in the universe was made by one thing acting alone. Everything was made in the doorway where two things touched. You were made in that doorway. Every idea you have ever had was born in that doorway — the overlap between what you knew and what you did not know. Creation does not happen in the circles. SIGHT: The shape of a flame: the sight of air and fuel meeting in a doorway that produces light.

BODY: Hands pressed together in prayer: the body forming a vesica piscis between its own two halves.
