Ex Nihilo (Creation from Nothing)

Imagine the whole world started as a giant, quiet nothing until a great thought or word made everything pop into being. It is like when you have a totally blank piece of paper and suddenly you draw a beautiful sun; before you drew it, the sun was not there at all! This tells us that ideas are very powerful and can create real things. We all come from a place of perfect peace and potential. When we are quiet, we can feel that same nothing inside us that is ready to become something amazing.

Before the word, there was silence. Before the drawing, there was a blank page. Everything you see was once nothing. And nothing was always ready.

Ex Nihilo represents the Big Bang of consciousness: the transition from void to manifest. In physics and metaphysics, it aligns with the singularity where space-time begins. Suggests that the observer's gaze collapses the wave function of nothingness into the reality of somethingness. The blank page that writes itself.

SOUND: The Om or a single, clear bell ringing in a silent room.

SMELL: The scent of ozone right before a thunderstorm starts.

TASTE: A drop of cold, pure water on a dry tongue.

TOUCH: The feeling of a completely still, cool breeze.

SIGHT: A single white dot appearing on a black screen.

BODY: Feeling your body expand as you take a very deep breath: nothing becoming something.
