The Central Dogma
DNA is the blueprint, RNA is the messenger, and Proteins are the workers who build the house. The "Dogma" is just the rule for how a thought becomes a thing.
Your body is a factory that never sleeps, constantly turning invisible instructions into your physical self.
The Central Dogma describes the directional flow of sequential information. Transcription and Translation are the linguistic transitions of biology β moving from a nucleic acid "alphabet" to an amino acid "language." This provides the operational framework for all phenotypic expression.
SOUND: The "clink" of tools in a workshop.
SMELL: The smell of a new car or new toy β things being "made."
TASTE: The texture of egg whites β pure protein.
TOUCH: Pulling on your hair (protein) or feeling your nails.
SIGHT: Watching a 3D printer create an object from a file.
BODY: The feeling of your muscles contracting to lift a heavy box.
