Dark Matter & Dark Energy
The universe has a "secret side." Most of what makes the universe work is invisible. Dark Matter is like invisible hands holding galaxies together, and Dark Energy is like an invisible wind blowing the universe apart. We know they are there because we see what they do, even if we can't see them.
Just because you can't explain or see something doesn't mean it isn't real. Most of the universe is a beautiful mystery waiting to be felt.
Dark Matter (~27%) provides the gravitational scaffolding for cosmic structure, while Dark Energy (~68%) acts as a cosmological constant driving accelerated expansion. Together, they represent the "Unmanifest Majority" — the realization that our empirical "Light-World" is merely a thin crust on a vast, unobserved ocean of reality.
SOUND: Hearing the wind howl but not seeing the air. You hear the effect, but the cause is invisible.
SMELL: A scent that reminds you of a dream. You can't touch the memory, but the feeling is real.
TASTE: The "hidden" ingredients in a complex soup. You can't see the pinch of salt, but you'd know if it was gone.
TOUCH: The "pull" of a magnet through a piece of paper. You can't see the force, but you feel the tug.
SIGHT: Looking at a dark room and knowing your furniture is still there.
BODY: Close your eyes and "feel" where your hand is. You don't need to see it to know it exists.
