Integrity and Honesty
Integrity means being the same good person on the inside that you show to the world on the outside. It is like being a diamond: no matter which way you turn it, it is still strong and clear. Honesty is telling the truth even when it is hard or when no one is watching. When you are honest, people know they can trust you, which is like building a strong bridge between you and them. Being true to yourself is the best way to be true to everyone else.
The diamond does not pretend to be glass. When your inside matches your outside, nothing can crack you.
Integrity is the Uhlmann Fidelity between private values and public actions. It minimizes internal disorder (von Neumann entropy) of the self. A person of integrity has high Detection Quality: actions reliable and reproducible across all contexts. Connects to Existentialist Authenticity and Satya (Truth) in Vedic traditions.
