Internal Layering

Earth is like a giant peach. It has a thin skin (the crust), a thick fruity part (the mantle), and a hard pit in the middle (the core). The middle is so hot it stays liquid, while the very center is a solid ball of metal squeezed tight by the weight of the whole world.

What you see on the outside is only possible because of the power and heat hidden deep within.

Planetary differentiation, driven by gravity and heat, organized Earth into a density-stratified system. The Core-Mantle Boundary (CMB) is a zone of intense thermal and chemical exchange. This internal structure facilitates the magnetosphere and plate tectonics, acting as the planet's primary heat engine. It mirrors Psychology: the crust is the Conscious ego, the mantle the Subconscious, and the core the Primal Unconscious — the hidden heat that drives our visible actions.

SOUND: The muffled "thump-thump" of your heart, protected deep inside you.

SMELL: The sulfurous, eggy smell near a hot spring.

TASTE: A hard-boiled egg — feeling the difference between the shell, the white, and the yolk.

TOUCH: Hold a warm stone in your cold hand; feel the heat hiding inside.

SIGHT: Look at a nesting doll (Matryoshka) where one world lives inside another.

BODY: Feel your bones supporting your skin; you are layered too.
