The Equivalence of Mass and Energy
Matter (stuff you can touch) is just super-packed energy. A tiny bit of "stuff" is actually a giant explosion of "power" waiting to be let out. You aren't just made of dust; you are made of frozen light.
Even when you feel small, the atoms inside you have enough power to light up a city.
E=mc² demonstrates that mass is an intrinsic property of energy. This unification suggests that the distinction between "substance" and "action" is an illusion of scale. In particle physics, this allows for pair production and annihilation. It aligns with the non-dualist view that the "dancer" (matter) and the "dance" (energy) are fundamentally inseparable.
SOUND: The "boom" of thunder — energy shaking the air.
SMELL: The ozone smell after a lightning strike.
TASTE: The "zing" of a spicy pepper — energy reacting with your nerves.
TOUCH: Feeling the heavy weight of a stone, then feeling the sun's heat on it.
SIGHT: Looking at the Sun — it is turning its own body into light for us.
BODY: Feeling the "power" in your legs when you sprint.
