The Conservation of Energy

Energy is the "stuff" that makes everything happen. You can't make it from nothing, and it never truly goes away. It just changes its "costume." When you eat a snack, that food-energy turns into "run-around" energy. When you stop running, it turns into "warm-skin" energy. We are all made of recycled stardust that has been changing costumes for billions of years.

Close your eyes and feel your heartbeat. The pulse you feel is the same energy that once powered ancient forests, now flowing through you. You are a temporary home for eternal power.

The First Law of Thermodynamics posits that the total energy of an isolated system remains constant. In a cosmological sense, E = mc² creates a profound ontological bridge: if energy is never lost, then the essence of all things is merely in a state of perpetual flux (vibration). This aligns with the "Eternal Now" — where every action is a redistribution of a singular, infinite resource.

SOUND: Listen to an echo. Your voice isn't disappearing; it's bouncing and turning into tiny vibrations in the wall.

SMELL: The scent of a fading flower. The life energy of the bloom is turning into gases that travel to your nose.

TASTE: Eating a sun-ripened orange. You are literally tasting captured sunlight transformed into sugar.

TOUCH: Rub your hands together fast. Feel the "movement" energy turn into "heat" energy.

SIGHT: Watch a candle burn. The wax isn't vanishing; it's turning into light and heat you can see and feel.

BODY: Jump as high as you can. Feel your upward power pause at the top before gravity pulls it back down.
