Non-Duality (The Oneness)

Imagine a giant ocean with millions of waves on the surface. Each wave thinks it is special and separate from the other waves. But if you look deeper, every single wave is just the ocean moving around. You are like a wave, but you are also the whole ocean at the same time. There is no real line where you end and the rest of the world begins. Everything is connected in one big beautiful dance.

There is no real line where you end and the rest of the world begins. Your skin is not a wall. Your skin is a membrane. It lets air in. It lets water out. It absorbs light. It releases heat. You are not contained. You are exchanging. Right now. Atoms that were in someone else's lunch last week are in your bloodstream today. Atoms in your breath right now will be in a tree tomorrow. The border between you and not-you is a story the ego tells to feel special. But the atoms do not know the story. The atoms move freely. The oxygen does not stop at the property line. You are not a thing in the world. You are a pattern the world is making. And the pattern has no edges.

Non-duality (Advaita): the subject-object split is an illusion. In physics this mirrors the unified field. You are not a thing in the world. You are a pattern the world is making. And the pattern has no edges.

SOUND: A large choir singing the same note together: separate voices becoming one sound.

SMELL: A forest where dirt trees and moss all smell like one thing: the nose losing the border between objects.

TASTE: A smoothie where all the fruits blend into one new flavor: separation dissolving on the tongue.

TOUCH: Dipping your hand into warm water until you cannot feel the temperature difference: the boundary between skin and world disappearing.

SIGHT: Earth from space where there are no borders: the eyes seeing what the mind always knew.

BODY: Feeling your breath move in and out connecting your inside to the outside air: the body proving the border is a suggestion not a wall.
